Deliveries are available nationally however we do have limited collection areas, for these areas contact our head office for delivery options. Standard delivery terms apply, Accessories can be calculated at checkout, all decking orders are custom quoted on application and our quick quote forms. Please be sure to clearly complete the actual delivery address in full.
Deliveries and Collection Policy
The products promoted on this site are all available from Deck-Max at the time they are advertised.
Deck-Max offers local deliveries for all products sold on Deckmax.com.au. All deliveries are fulfilled by our local Courier or Crane truck service. Your order confirmation email will have provided you with the details of your delivery schedule, if you have any questions relating to your order please contact the store.

The shipping fee we charge for all orders placed on Deckmax.com.au when selecting Delivery as your method of collection, and the delivery is within our Delivery Area, varies depending on the location of the delivery address and the total weight of the order. If you live outside your local store’s Local Delivery Area please contact your local store to confirm delivery options prior to making a purchase. This is more applicable to decking orders and would be calculated based on the job address, size and weight.
We have 2 x options for proof of delivery –
- We require a signature as proof of delivery.
- Someone must be at home or business to receive the delivery or a re-delivery fee will be applied.
- Authority to Leave – This will include a designated location to leave.
- Terms & Conditions:
- We will not deliver if a dog is inside a gate to the nominated location and a re-delivery fee will be charged.
- If unable to deliver to the property as nominated and a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
With the selection of delivery companies and more importantly the delivery timeline is a guide only and we are at the mercy of the courier/carrier however we do track & trace every single parcel on its journey.
You will have an opportunity to pay extra to have the items delivered as an express service.
Click ‘n’ Collect
In most cases the local store will hold stock so please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order before you come to pick it up. In some cases, due to the success of some promotions or nature of the product stores may have to draw stock from a central warehouse. In these circumstances, the store will call you and advise an expected delivery date.
When you purchase products online and select Click ‘n’ Collect you can only collect your goods from the store you nominated in the purchase process. The store you nominated has processed your payment.
We ask that you collect your goods within 7 days of the goods being available for collection.
When collecting your goods we will ask you for your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID to confirm your identity and the credit card you purchased the goods with if you used a credit card. We may take a copy of your driver’s license and hold onto this for a short period of time. The name on the credit card must match the name on your Photo ID. These are steps we take to reduce the instance of credit card fraud. All details are held securely and destroyed after they are no longer required.
We do not allow third-party collections.
If the goods aren’t collected after a reasonable time and after the store makes reasonable attempts to contact you, the goods may be returned to stock and a refund processed.
